Shanghai Library East Branch

Shanghai Library East, China’s largest standalone library facility, represents a SGD 520 million investment spanning 115,000 square meters. Completed in 2021 and opened to the public in 2022, this architectural landmark features seven above-ground floors and two basement levels. With nearly 6,000 reader seats, the facility is designed to accommodate 4 million annual visitors.
